(overall) replaced a few of the remaining deprecated calls
v5.1.3
(frontend) added the .png and .svg file format types for favicon (in addition to .ico)
all favicon files must now reside in site’s /media/system/images/ folder
(frontend) fixed the mobile sticky menu feature which had became broken since J4 due to MooTools removal from the core package
(frontend) fixed the slide right mobile menu effect
(frontend) fixed the responsive layout settings in desktop mode
(overall) updated the MobileDetect library from version 2.8.4 to 4.8.08
(overall) replaced a few of the remaining deprecated calls
v5.1.2
(backend) fixed the template installer that could hang the admin UI for a while
(overall) updated the httpclient PHP Class from version 1.88 to 1.98
(overall) replaced a few of the remaining deprecated calls
v5.1.1
(frontend) fixed the X icon from the default social icons position (when enabled)
(overall) removed the 'custom.css' file from the template install package, so as to not overwrite the true user’s custom.css at template update or reinstall time; right from the very beginning this was totally stupid from JoomlaShine part to include this file in a package that is expected to be used not only for new installations, but also for updating existing ones; as far as I can guess, it was there only to support their promotional info in the J3 backend section
(overall) replaced a few of the remaining deprecated references
v5.1.0
(backend) abandoned the original JoomlaShine proprietary UI and ported almost all template parameters settings in native Joomla! 5 admin UI, by adapting certain functionalities from their old drag and drop configuration mode (as it originally was in the JS proprietary admin UI) to the new native – but rather static – configuration mode (as it is now in the native J5 admin UI)
v5.0.0
first release for J5
frontend proved to be functional in all basic aspects
backend proved to be functional in original JoomlaShine proprietary UI, but only for loading and displaying all parameters, without possibility to save anything (and so, useless)
switched my entire web site from Joomla! 3 to Joomla! 5 using this J5 version of the template, with all template parameters ported from J3 to J5 directy in the database
(frontend) fixed the desktop sticky menu feature which had became broken since J4 due to MooTools removal from the core package
v-.-.-
started tweaking the original JSN Solid PRO template version 2.1.0 and the related JSN template framework version 3.2.9 to see if I could successfully convert them from old J3 code (and compatible with php only up to version 7.x) to J5 compatible code (and compatible with php version 8.x)
